Caruso’s is my go to brand. I won’t buy otherwise.. I have had thin brittle nails that break for as long as I can remember. It’s my first batch of tablets and between these and Bert’s Bees lemon myrtle nail balm they have grown long and thick without breakage and far less brittle. The hair in my head as expected has also grown a bit more too throughout the process. I’ve got nothing to complain about. I’ve been using the brand Caruso’s for a few years now and have had nothing but success with all their products.

It works. Certainly helps with my nails that continually broke and split, hair is more managable and the skin is smoother.

Great Product. These are excellent vitamins for your hair, skin and nails. I have really noticed a difference in all three, though especially in my skin and nails. I have tried quite a few out there and these are the best, in my opinion. Highly recommend this supplement!
